Return Policy

1. Cancellations
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped.
2. Returns
Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days after receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition as when you received it
- In its original packaging
To initiate a return, please provide your receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return purchased items to the manufacturer. Instead, you are responsible for shipping the item to the designated return warehouse at your own cost. To obtain the return address, please contact our customer service at support@woxcool.com.
Important: Due to international shipping regulations, products containing batteries cannot be transported by air. We are only responsible for delivery to the address provided at the time of purchase. If delivery issues arise due to freight forwarders or package forwarding services, our return policy will not apply.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will then notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@woxcool.com.
