A: Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:
1.Press and hold the HOME button to enter pairing mode. Release the button only after the LED indicator starts flashing.
2.Make sure you select the correct Bluetooth device name: “Xbox Wireless Controller”. Any other Bluetooth name is not this controller.
3.If the device name cannot be found, try turning Bluetooth off and back on, then refresh the Bluetooth device list several times.

A: Please check the following:
1.Make sure Airplane Mode on the console is turned off.
2.For the first connection, enter the NS/NS2 controller pairing screen before starting the connection process.
3.Press and hold Y + HOME simultaneously to enter pairing mode. Release the buttons only after the LED indicator starts flashing.

A: Please confirm the following:
1.Press and release the HOME button quickly (approximately 1 second). Do not hold the button, as this will enter pairing mode.
2.The automatic reconnection function only supports the most recently successfully paired device.
3.Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on the target device.

A: Please check the following:
1.Confirm that the game natively supports controller input. Games without controller support cannot be operated with this device.
2.Make sure the connected Bluetooth device name is “Xbox Wireless Controller”.
3.Some games do not support controller operation on the main menu or lobby screen. The controller may only work after entering the actual gameplay section.
4.Some games require manually enabling controller support in the game settings and selecting the controller as the input method.
5.For some games, connect the controller to the phone before launching the game. Otherwise, the game may not recognize the controller.

A: Please complete the activation steps in Section III: “NS2 Wake-Up Function Activation” before using the wake-up feature.

A: Move the joystick back to the center position, then press the joystick vertically downward with your thumb to restore normal operation.

A: First, check whether Zero Deadzone Mode is enabled. If it is enabled, disable the zero deadzone function and restore the default setting.
If the issue persists, perform joystick and trigger calibration using the steps below:
Step 1:
Turn off the controller and place it horizontally on a flat surface.
Step 2:
Press and hold the A + B buttons, then press the HOME button while continuing to hold A + B. When the LED indicators begin flashing alternately, release all buttons to enter calibration mode.
Step 3:
Push both the left and right joysticks to the edge positions with normal force, then rotate each joystick 3 complete circles.
Step 4:
Press the ZR and ZL triggers all the way down 3 times each with normal force.
Step 5:
Press the ST button. The LED indicators will turn off, indicating that calibration is complete.
