A: Try moving the joystick back to the center, then press it down firmly with your thumb.

A: Check if the toggle switch on the back of the controller is set to the device you want to reconnect to.

A: For any functional issue, use a small pin to press the reset button on the back of the controller to restore factory settings, and see if that fixes the problem.

A: Try the following calibration steps:

Step 1: With the controller powered on, place it on a flat, level surface.

Step 2: Press and hold [–] + [HOME] + [B] for about 2 seconds. Release when the HOME light flashes.

Step 3: Push each joystick to the edge with normal force and rotate them three full circles.

Step 4: Press the LT and RT triggers all the way down three times with normal force.

Step 5: Press [B] once to complete the calibration.
