A: You need to activate the wake function first. Please scan the QR code on the back of the controller for instructions on how to activate the NS2 console wake function.
A: Try centering the joystick, then press down firmly with your thumb.

1.Briefly press the HOME button for about 1 second and release – do not hold it down.
2.Reconnection only works with the last device the controller was paired with.
A: Calibrate the controller: power it off and place it on a flat surface. Press and hold HOME and Minus simultaneously until the LED rapidly cycles through colors, then press Plus and wait for the LED to turn off – calibration is complete.
A: For any functional issues, try using a small pin to press the reset button on the back of the controller to restore factory settings and see if the problem is resolved.
