A1: It features a hard PC (polycarbonate) back panel combined with a soft TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) bumper frame, offering both impact resistance and a flexible, comfortable grip.

A2: ① Remove the Joy‑Cons from the console and release the top buckle on the grip case. ② Insert the Joy‑Cons diagonally downward into the grip case. ③ Hold the top shell and press the top of the bottom shell toward the hook lock on the top shell until it snaps closed. ④ Push the console against the top of the middle shell, then press down on the bottom to secure it.

A3: ① Press outward and lift the bottom edge to detach the console. ② Find the gap between the top and bottom shells at the top edge, then pry the bottom shell outward with your fingernail or a soft tool to unhook it. ③ Tilt and pull the Joy‑Con upward and out of the grip case. ④ Release the top buckle and slide the grip case off the Joy‑Con.

A4: To attach, align the top of the cover with the top edge of the case and press down until it clicks into place. To remove, use the two release slots at the bottom edge and push upward to lift it off.

A5: Yes. You can open the built‑in kickstand through the bottom charging port area without removing the case.

A6: Yes. As long as the bottom of the case is properly attached, you can place the entire console into the Switch 2 dock for charging and connecting to an external display without removing the case.

A7: Yes. The case does not interfere with Joy‑Con charging; you can charge normally via the dock or a USB cable.
