A:
1.Turn off Airplane Mode on the console.
2.For the initial pairing, make sure to enter the console's pairing screen to start the pairing process.
3.Press and hold the "Y" and "HOME" buttons on the back of the controller for about 3 seconds until the indicator light flashes back and forth, then release.

A: The wake function must be activated first. Please scan the QR code on the back of the controller to view the instructions for activating the NS2 console wake function.

A: Try pushing the joystick back to the center, then press down firmly with your thumb.

A: For any functional issues with the controller, try using a small pin to press the reset button on the back of the controller to restore factory settings and see if the issue is resolved.

A:
1.Turn off the controller and place it on a flat surface.
2.Press and hold the [Minus], [Plus], and [HOME] buttons simultaneously until the white LED rings around both joysticks flash slowly, then release all buttons.
3.Push each joystick to the edge with normal force and rotate them 3 full circles.
4.Press the LT and RT triggers fully down 3 times each.
5.Press the B button. When the LED rings around both joysticks return to their original color, calibration is complete.
