A: The controller uses the Xbox Controller Input standard, which allows it to connect to mobile devices using a widely supported gaming protocol. To ensure broader compatibility with games and platforms, the Bluetooth name appears as “Xbox Wireless Controller.”

A: Make sure the controller is powered off first. Then press and hold the HOME button until the indicator light turns on, and release the button only after the light appears. If you release the button too early, the controller will enter reconnection mode, which may prevent the Bluetooth name from appearing in the device list.

A: Please check the following:
1.Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
2.When reconnecting, press the HOME button briefly. Do not press and hold it, as that will put the controller into initial pairing mode.
3.If the controller has been paired with multiple phones, it will automatically reconnect only to the most recently connected device.

A: Please check the following:
1.Some games require controller support to be manually enabled in the game’s settings.
2.Confirm that the game itself supports controller input. If a game does not support controllers, it cannot be controlled using the controller (for example, Knives Out does not support controller input).
3.Many games do not allow controller use in the main menu or lobby. The controller typically becomes active only after entering actual gameplay or a match. For example, in Call of Duty, the controller works only during battles.
4.Make sure the correct Bluetooth device is connected. The device name should be “Xbox Wireless Controller.”

A: Follow the steps below to calibrate the controller:
Step 1: Make sure the controller is powered off, then place it flat on a level surface.
Step 2: Press and hold SE + A, then press the HOME button while continuing to hold SE + A. When the HOME indicator light starts flashing red and blue continuously, release all buttons. The controller has now entered calibration mode.
Step 3: Using normal pressure, push both the left and right joysticks to their outer limits and rotate each joystick in a full circle three times.
Step 4: Using normal pressure, fully press the RT and LT buttons three times each.
Step 5: Press the ST button. The indicator light will turn off, indicating that calibration is complete.

A: For the initial pairing, make sure you first open the “Change Grip/Order” screen on the Nintendo Switch (or Switch 2). The controller can only be discovered and connected from this screen during the first-time setup.

A: Please make sure the wake-up function has been enabled first by following the instructions on the wake-up activation card. Once the feature is activated, the controller will be able to wake the console.
