This controller uses the Xbox Controller Input universal standard protocol to connect with mobile devices, so its Bluetooth name will be displayed as "Xbox Wireless Controller" rather than the product model name.

Please ensure the controller is powered off. Then, press and hold the 【MODE】 button until the indicator light turns on before releasing it. Do not release the button early, as this may activate the reconnection mode and prevent the Bluetooth name from being detected.

Try restarting your phone's Bluetooth or reboot your phone before attempting to connect again. You may try this multiple times.

Please confirm the following:
1.Ensure that your phone's Bluetooth is turned on.
2.When connecting, briefly press the 【MODE】 button—do not hold it down, as this will activate the initial pairing mode.
3.If the controller has been paired with multiple phones, it will only attempt to reconnect to the last phone it was paired with.

1.Some games do not support controller operation on the main interface or lobby screen—it can only be used after entering the actual gameplay session. For example, in Call of Duty, the controller becomes functional only after entering a match.
2.Certain games require manually enabling controller support in the settings.
3.Please confirm whether the game itself supports controller gameplay. If the game does not support controller input—such as Knives Out—it will not be operable.
4.Please verify that the Bluetooth connection name is correct and must be displayed as "Xbox Wireless Controller".

Please try calibrating by following the steps below:
Step 1: Ensure the controller is powered off.
Step 2: Press and hold the "Select" and "A" buttons simultaneously, then press the 【MODE】 button. The MODE indicator light will flash alternately in red and blue, indicating that the controller has entered calibration mode.
Step 3: Gently rotate both joysticks at normal speed for 2–3 full circles, then place the controller flat on a stable surface.
Step 4: Press the "Start" button. The indicator light will flash briefly, and the controller will power off, indicating that calibration is complete.
